Your personal data is stored on the legal basis of contractual necessity as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) of 2018. The personal data stored includes your title, full name, email address, phone number, native language, other languages, a copy of your CV and cover letter, and free text answers to the questions on this form that allow us to assess your application and suitability for the role advertised.
Your data will be stored for the duration of the time that this role is open, and for an additional three years, in case any other suitable role becomes available, at which point we may contact you. TDL stores your data inside STREAM, TDL's business management systems, which has strict access and data privacy and security controls. TDL restricts access to your data to its employees in all of its offices, inside and outside the European Economic Area, in order to effectively and legally manage your application.
