TranslateMedia stores your personal data in order to effectively and legally manage services provided to you. Your personal data is stored on the legal basis of contractual necessity as defined in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) of 2018. The personal data stored includes your title, full name, company, country, billing address, VAT number, job title, phone number, email address and IP address.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the time that you are an active client of TranslateMedia, and for a period of seven years thereafter for auditing and insurance purposes. TranslateMedia stores your data inside STREAM, TranslateMedia’s business management systems, which has strict access and data privacy and security controls. TranslateMedia restricts access to your data to its employees in all of its offices, inside and outside the European Economic Area, in order to effectively and legally manage our relationship with you.
